I'm thrilled to be able to offer a membership to Ginger Yoga. You'll have unlimited access to a growing selection of recordings which you can use whenever you wish.
The idea for this yoga membership site started in July 2020, during the first lockdown of the Covid pandemic. All my weekly yoga classes went online. A few people who were attending my online zoom classes said they were struggling to fit in a 90 minute class at home, but desperately wanted to continue with yoga. Initially I recorded 8 short classes and sent links to the recording to everyone who wanted to join - and I got some great feedback! So the next month I did the same thing - made a different 8 short classes available, and again, people really liked it! I had requests for some of the previous July classes again though, and then it started to look sticky! How could I make it easier for people to have access to the classes they liked without having to traipse through old emails? And did I have enough storage to save all my classes? So the idea of my membership site was born!! A site where you have access to an ever-growing library of yoga classes, available to you whenever you like, and as often as you like!
The idea behind the name Pick 'n' Mix is that you can do one class as a stand alone class, or you can make your own longer class, by choosing maybe a breathing exercise, then a physical (asana) class or 2, then finish with a guided meditation and/or relaxation, depending on how much time you have and what you want to get out of your yoga session.
There are a variety of styles of classes, and the length of class ranges from 6-90 minutes - so it's easy to get even a little yoga fix every day!
